As a recent subscriber and former subscriber of Henry’s Med, I can testify to how simple the process was. However, and here is the ‘but’ part of my experience, my prescriptions were delivered yesterday in a flimsy FedEx package with a single ice pack that was completely thawed. The package did not arrive until 4pm. The temperature in the vile was over 80 degrees- who know how long the med was subjected to the temperature. I sent two requests via my portal and no one has got back to me. This is disappointing.

I honestly just want someone to tell me if it’s safe to take after the exposure or if it’s should be replaced.
