Having visited the KFC in Grantham for the first time since they opened the new branch I was very disappointed with the quality of the chicken .
Dry leather like, is the best way to describe in their chicken buckets. Staff though were efficient but lacking customer engagement.
Will not visit again even though I used to enjoy when they were on the high street and the fact I live 100yds from them....sorry KFC but you have to improve the quality!
