Purchased a casio gshock 5610 full metal for my son and it arrived within 10 days to the UK. Went in today to collect some item's I had reserved and ended up looking around and buying more items, some Oex scrambling trousers and a belt for them. Emma who served me, commented on my Rab navy blue jacket and was very polite and professional, a credit to the Erdington store. I will definitely return again and again

Visited here today to specifically look at and possibly purchase a Ball Watch. Danni who spent almost 1 hour with me, showing me watches was absolutely brilliant, no pushy sales pitch or telling the customer what they think they want to hear, just a nice chilled experience, Danni even left the watches with me whilst she went out the back of the shop which gave me a bit of time with the watches to decide. I eventually chose a Hamilton instead as the ball was slightly too big, I'm very very pleased with the overall experience and the watch. I will most definitely be back soon as Danni gave me a great deal on the watch. Thank you and happy new year

Have shopped at Jura watches before, and will continue shopping there as they have a great selection of watches and the customer service I receive is outstanding. There prices are unbeatable as they price match plus a little extra off on top. Ellis who I personally met in the Whitby store spent time showing me some excellent seikos even though I said I wouldn't be buying today, still took the time to tell me all about the watches, fantastic service. Visited here twice in 2 days and on both occasions was served by Sophie who was very polite and professional. Sophie helped me purchase my Merrell boots and answered all of my Questions and gooutdoors was also able to price match them with a rival company and knock a further 10% off, I also decided to buy a Rab midlayer which I didn't need, lol.
