Would not recommend and won't yse again

Great staff .

Visited the Plymouth store this morning.
I am not familiar with price matching so asked for advice from a lady called Louise she immediately stopped what she was doing and looked at the sight I had seen the product on,I asked how I would relay the information down to the person working on the checkouts and Louise also eleviated that worry by communicating straight through to a lady called Steph. At the checkout Steph was clear on the price match and the discount.

Annoyed

Firstly . Went to place another order using the £10 pound code and was blocked from your site although i reciebed a email saying i hadnt completed my purchase.
Secondly . Benefit of the doubt went back to your site to purchase items and the vode for ten pound of foesnt work.
