Water leaks are never convenient, and we are grateful that Homeserve are available and attend at short notice to help!!! Cost is significant, but worth it!

Fabulous azaleas but greedy car park charges.

The azaleas and rhododendrons were magnificent (we visited in May), and the tea room was fine. HOWEVER, why oh why when we have paid £60 for our car load do we have to pay another £5.10 for the car park with threat of clamping? This is plain greedy greedy greedy, and leaves me fuming. Why not add another £1 to the ticket price?

All done, but leaving Eon was a pain

I switched from Eon (who made the change very difficult, by refusing to make the switch arguing that we had not given notice). It would have helped if we had been given a prompt to give notice to Eon and save effort and increased tariff charges.

Hi Andy, I'm sorry your switch wasn't as smooth as we'd have liked. I'd have expected your broker to have advised about giving notice to your current supplier. We do also show a message when you've registered on your account dashboard recommending if you haven't already, to give your existing supplier termination notice. I'll review how prominent this is though! Thanks, Kirsty

Service and delivery excellent. However, the part (oven light cover) disintegrated on first use.
