My problem with Sheex is not the product but they way things were handled. I ordered sheets and a mattress pad. I really wanted them to work but I realized once I had them on my bed they were not for me. Per the company's website, it said free 30 day returns. I immediately boxed up the items and shipped it back according to the website directions. Over a month later, I contacted the company and they asked for my tracking number and other information. Well when I tracked it, it had been delivered several weeks before - just a few days after I had shipped it. I explained that to them and that I had followed the exact directions listed on their website. A week later, I saw that my credit card had been refunded only for the sheet and not the mattress pad, even though they were in the same box on the same order. The mattress pad was considerable more money as well. I had to contact them again, and they said oops - they would refund that too. I felt as though if I didn't follow up all those different times, I never would have been refunded my money. It seemed like a scam or at the very least, really bad customer service.
