The plants themselves would have been…

The plants themselves would have been ok but they were destroyed in poorly packed containers and rough carrier lost about 10 to 15 %

All the plants I have received this…

All the plants I have received this yeas have been knocked out of their trays boxes crushed plants looking poor due to you changing from royal mail to cheaper carrier I do not intend ordering anymore plants from you Robert Spence very unhappy customer

Loyalty to returning customers

Dobies have quality plants but a bit expensive I have cut back on my order to dobies this last two years due to price as they do not offer extra discount for larger orders as I usually order about 3 to 4 thousand plants each year
I know that I do not qualify as a trade customer but a bit of loyalty would be good
