Poor equipment
Poor equipment. The water gateway reboots spontaneously. According to them, this is perfectly normal, and they see nothing wrong with the device in their system. And of course, it must be your own AC adapter. On top of that, you have to secure the sensor with a piece of Velcro which, no matter how you look at it, does not hold the sensor securely. It functioned for just over a month and immediately you are told that investigation and return costs will be charged. Very, and I mean Very, bad service!
