Ancestry asked me to come back on an email. The advertised a monthly fee of £11.99 and a six monthly at £55.99 boys on offer. It transpired the six monthly was very difficult to access where the payment site was only for the monthly option. DUPLICITOUS

Thank you for your review and feedback here. You can turn your medication reminders off through your app if you would prefer not to receive these. You can do this with the following steps:
- Go to Medicine
- Select the medicine in question
- Scroll down past Taking your medicine
- Mute the notification
