Shop was well stocked, great choice and found the ideal footwear I was after. The only thing letting the score down was the member of staff that served me, she was sitting on corner of counter and when I went over with my boots she seemed to drag herself to the till, she didn't say please, thank you, only do you have an email address. Even my friend said that looked like an effort from her to do the job

Started with the easy to use ordering with fast efficient delivery using Royal mail, had to contact customer service regarding a flaw on the dress, explained it was needed urgently they reserved the same dress, and informed us as soon as we have the receipt for the FREE return to email them a screenshot and new item dispatched 24hr postage, great service and girl on customer service was excellent at her job could not fault her

Easy website to use, fast confirmation and very competitive prices, 3rd time booking with this company.
Only thing I would like is perhaps a courtesy call makecsure you got everything you wanted or any requests

I recently subscribed every month for my order of carnilove, this is working well, and every month my payment is taken and delivery usually next day, thank you so much for this service, its one less job I need to think about because jurrasic bark have it taken care off

Great food, started my 2 golden retrievers on this about 5 month ago, and haven't looked back, they actually eat this, and because its grain free no smelly,itchy ears.
Also do the subscribe and save through jurassicbark and tgey look after everything, with great delivery usually next day

First time using company,Ordered 2 items, 1 jumper, 1 jewellery only jumper arrived in package, messaged company only to be told they viewed cctv and it shows it was packed, so they are not replacing my missing item
I was planning to spend much more money as if I referred a friend we both got 50% off next purchase, but that won't happen.
As nobody these days can afford to lose money like this, I know i certainly can't, the necklace and jumper were £31
On the plus side postage was quick

Delivery super slow was supposed to be 48hrs tracked it took 5 days to get to me, and the gift was late getting to recipient for their birthday

What went right!!!!! Useless can't even deliver something next day as paid for instead took 5 days,

Decided to try the deliver to your home option as fx were by far the best deal around, it was easy to order and choose your delivery date. The only thing I would change was pay the little charge for stating what notes you would like as there was a lot of €100 notes, which I wouldn't take to go down the beach for the day
