Chancellors have been friendly and efficient throughout, from the original valuation of my late father's house to the marketing and subsequent sale.
I was kept informed of developments and if I made an inquiry to the branch in Chesham, either Nick or Charlotte were quick to get back to me. I was made to feel that my custom mattered and I was treated as a person, not a number. Also, when there were delays regarding the sale, the Sales Progression staff were proactive in getting things moving and coordinating the various parties in order to secure the eventual exchange of contracts.
Overall I was very happy with the service provided.
