Service is excellent. I came to collect my order and ask for an advised about e-bikes. Giles happily accommodated my request. He shared information on what to look for in an e-bike, power, battery and the placement of this in a bike. Showed some e-bikes that are currently in store. As I am on a shorter side, most of the e-bikes are big for me but Giles assured me that they can help with the adjustment to ensure the bike will fit me. I'm grateful that Giles did not hesitate to accommodate my request even if I am not buying yet. That is what customer service is about.

Everything is straightforward. Delivery arrived in time.
Return process is easy, as I have to return the shoes as it was small for me. Although they could have it for free and not charged for it as we want the item but it won’t fit so have to return.

I was looking for a Tech21 case for my daughter’s 15pro max in he Philippines but Apple store there doesn’t have any in stock. So when I got back in the UK I check if there’s available, and I was directed to Tech21 website and they deliver in The Philippines. Ordering process was straightforward and was dispatched the next day.

Only reason I only gave 4 stars is due to the tracking did not work. It wasnt providing update on the status of the shipment, if it already arrive th country of destination and if the local carrier had already pick up and ready to deliver.

The item was delivered after 9 days and my daughter is happy with the case.

I ordered 16 Aug but was not sent out for deivery until 24th and finally arrived 27th. Processing took so long.
