I reported that kitchen sink waste pipe needs fixing and was charged £120 to resolve the issue. Then received a call that it cannot be fixed and new waste pipe is required which will cost additional £140. This was an easy job and I now wish I had opted for one of the other quotes I had received. The job was completed though.

I love the concept of having breakfast delivered before I even wake up! Very reliable service, delicious items (you got to try that fresh sourdough with their cherry jam!!!), no plastic waste from milk bottles, supporting local farms…. What’s not to like.

I took my 6 year Grandland for the replacement of a wet belt. The price given was a lot better than expected. I am very happy with the service given, communication was great as well. Happy customer:)

Responded to their £19.70 Special on Facebook. After 1.5 hours of sales talk and being told made watch videos about their products, I was offered a box of Cremes for a bargain of £4700, but for me only a discount which brings the price to £2500. Still too much - they want you to sign up for monthly payments. Treatment time of the 1.5 to 2 hours you are expected to spend there is at most 15 minutes (and if you think you get a relaxing moment - the sales talk goes on in the rhythm of the hand applying the face mask!!!). HORRENDOUS! I walked out beforehand my 2 hours were over.
