Ease of use,kept well informed,of my parcels progress, getting parcel from the locker ,was so simple too

Wish I could go back in time,would never go near this company absolute fraudsters,no professional integrity,just a bunch of modern day highwaymen,taking a bad situation(phone theft),into even worse by offering hope but ,really just picking your pocket

After purchasing my glasses ,in the Leeds branch ,have received no further information,about the purchase ,until today when post office failed delivery,so disappointed,I was not told they'd been despatched

Had kettle six months,was not a quick boil,was not quiet was ,poor quality,from loose switch to sloppy fitting stand,broke down after six months £65 what a waste of money

Had a problem with a piece of furniture,glen at the chesterfield branch,was so helpful,he went above and beyond to solve the issue,his diligence and attitude has to be commended, couldn't thank him enough

Never bought a car on the internet before,but mark (stoke)was fantastic , professional,fair and knowledgeable,made the buying experience really good,and Jordan(chesterfield)where I picked the car up from,was equally knowledgeable and helpful

Paid for 3-5day delivery,but item took none days to arrive,with an email sayin partly despatched, don't know what that meant

Ordered item with a fee ,for a 3-5 day, delivery to one of their own stores,took 8days for item to be delivered,,just had an email saying my goods were "partially despatched"really poor service,asked in store,also really unhelpful,,goods when arrived were very good,but will not use this service again,,,one the worst systems I have encountered

Please read this review,and you'll see why we have started court proceedings,,,Just a few words to say,had three reputable companies look at "Danny's" so called groundwork,all said was carried out by a truly inept person,,Where to begin ,from bad time keeping to even worse workmanship,,,Danny and crew changed what needed doing(re block work on path sides)to wanting to cover original flag stones with resin(all experts agree,,DO NOT DO THIS)when this problem came up Danny just disappeared,lied in text messages,and phone conversations,asked him to move mess left,but ended up doing this at my own costs,path has been left dangerous with many trip hazards,concrete mix so poor has started to crumble, independent surveyor,"said there firm would not EVER lay resin on this ground work",paid Danny in cash for ground work in November 21,last time we saw him,great!!!!

Have paid for timed delivery,which has not arrived yet,trying to contact m&s is like banging your head against a brick wall,just take the money and run will not buy from m&s again

Once the delivery system kicked in was good ,but took nearly a week to despatch,the shirt is brilliant great colour ,great fit , because it was reduced , really good value for money
