Just received my Travel insurance Renewal and we are over the moon.Yes it has gone up but compared to other travel insurers who are supposed to look after the over 65 !!! it is well worth staying with this company .Full marks and stars .Thank you LV.

Team know how!!! they would not know how to treat customers if they had too which they don't know how too .As other reviews have said like me I have phoned over the last 3 days to be put through from one operative to another then after over 40 minutes hanging on to find the line goes dead. What a shambles of a company covid -19 or not .have emailed them 36 hours ago guess what nothing back. I only wanted to change my banking direct debit details so they just will not get paid as my account is now closed best move I have made I think ,BYE BYE team useless.

Very easy to fill out online quote even to follow the pre existing medical questions .well pleased with the annual cover cost for cruising for Worldwide inc America for over 70s.Like all these things though IF I hope to god I do not have to make a claim then the truth will be in the eating how good the company really is .
