Mimi and Bee's are welcoming, friendly and helpful. I've bought fabric there and Dawn was so helpful. I've taken part in 2 of the workshops. Both were friendly and helpful. There were people with different skill levels, but I think everyone learnt something off someone else, as well as the tutor.

Sid was polite and very helpful. He took his time to explain the different options before we made a choice.

The technician discussed what he was going to do to check that I was happy with this. The area was left clean and tidy, with all rubbish removed. His explanation of how to use the equipment was clear and easy to understand. At all times he was polite and friendly. The same can also be said of every Staff member that I have had a conversation with.

I bought a Norabag, just before Christmas and I was happy with it. It did what I wanted and was reasonable quality. I would not pay full price for one. After a short while the stitching round the front zip came loose and the zip came off. I emailed with photos and I received a replacement. That is still in the bag. There are threads hanging at the top and bottom of the zip and within a short while, there is no doubt on my mind that the zip will come off. I emailed again, with photos. I was tilled there was nothing wrong with it. I explained why I wasn't happy with it and I was told that it wasn't a loose thread it was supposed to be like that. I have been told I can return the bag at my own expense for a refund. I would not recommend at all.

Excellent communication, my order arrived within the 1 hour timeslot that I had been given. My 2 ferrets seem to really enjoy the food and the food seems to have had a positive impact on the litter tray cleaning.

Our being rubbish with paperwork hasn't stopped Findmyclaims finding and getting us refunds on PPI. They have been brilliant.

I loved the card when it got here. I'd asked for it to be delivered the 11th the day before his birthday, so that I could give it on the morning of his birthday the 12th. It wasn't delivered until the 12th, other than this I was happy with the card.
