Straight Forward No Issues, fast payment

Sold my Triumph to We Buy Any Bike today. The process was very easy, The driver 'Goldie' arrived on time, went through the process, made the payment which I felt was fair, but the bike was Immaculate.

Only issue£29.00 charge to transfer the funds straight away, is excessive, but the funds hit my bank within seconds.

Apart from that charge, simple, straight forwards and no messing about.

Cancellation fee £50.00!

Just sold my Motorbike so cancelled my insurance with Carole Nash, they charged me £50.00 to cancel the policy, a disgraceful amount. I paid £129 for the year at the end of December, they are refunding me £29.00!

What a disgrace. If I buy another bike in the future I will not use Carole Nash again.

Ordered 3 Albums in the 3 for £66, only received 1 and only help was to say it may take up to 30 days

Been waiting all evening says delivered but has not

Been waiting all evening, its now 10.05pm, says the parcel was delivered at 9.54pm, sat in living room, all outside lights on, nothing, no parcel, so no delivery, never heard or saw a van. Only 6 houses on our road, all within 25 metres of each other, so where was the driver? Now apparently he is on his way back to the depot 35 miles away. We get deliveries on this road everyday of the week, Amazon, DPD, UPS, royal mail, never had this before in 5 years of being here, oh yes once before, Yodel! I should send them a bill for our wasted time. Plus you can't get to speak to anyone and the online chat only ever says Sorry we are busy, come back in a few minutes, never once I have been able to use it. Disgraceful service...
