have used iglu a few time although only had one cruise so far , but due to covid we had two cancelled and iglu were helpful through this process. then earlier this year l book one for next year through iglu then l recently book this last one for 2025

Barry came today and repaired two nasty scratches on my car l just brought, that someone had tried to correct very badly and it looked a mess , you wouldn’t have even know they had been there now thanks so much . highly recommend it’s so easy he came to the house and fixed it on the drive ! have used before and would highly recommend

I really don’t know where to start and l wouldn’t normally write a bad review l would just not write one but l felt l had to if this saves another family from parting with there hard earned cash !
Today we arrived at park holidays Martello beach resort . We booked in early paid extra for the privilege , l have never been so disgusted in my life , we care for 4 children and the older two wanted to leave it was so bad it’s only because of the two little ones started to cry when l said we was going home as they had been so excited about coming, that we are still here ! I knew as soon as l walked in as there was rubbish on the floor the carpet and upholstery was filthy & all the carpets are stained, there was ketchup on the side of my bed and up the wall and on the carpet . Dirty finger prints everywhere . Squashed Dead fly on the net curtain blood splattered on the curtain from the fly and on ceiling . Final straw was when the 2 year old picked up broken glass off the caravan floor ! I was horrified. I felt sick . The brochure was not even close . We complained & was sent a really lovely cleaning supervisor who spent a good hour helping me clean the living area before the children could come back in . And l don’t blame the cleaners they get no time at all to clean and make the beds l know this. l blame the people who have no respect for the property of other and none for the people whom come in after them . And the greedy owners whom have taken over £1400 off me and think that a £30 restaurant voucher will make it all ok well it won’t ! I finished having to do a deep clean at 7.45 pm l started at 1pm . On top of that we are not far from over flowing bins that don’t look like they have been emptied for weeks and not far from the caravan the smell l can only describe as a Sewage smell ! This is not over by a long shot l have witnesses and photo graphic evidence to back up how horrific it was l would like a member of senior management to contact me and a refund is the least that can be done. l expect a certain standard at the best of times but for goodness sake we are in a pandemic where hygiene and cleanliness should be outstanding! There are no polite words for what we found .
The one star was for the lovely lady that came to help if it wasn’t for her l would have gone home then and there but l really can’t see us lasting the week it’s made me feel dirty and they gave us sheets to cover up the filthy seating area but it’s making my skin crawl just thinking about it .
After the year we have ALL had , we so needed a holiday only to be traumatised with this !
A Question to management would you be happy to put your family in that ?

We only lasted the one night we all had a bad night we all felt that our skin was crawling with the ground in filth so we had no choice but to leave to the distress of the little ones who didn’t understand what was going on and that it was in their best interest that we felt we had no choice .
One week on and and still no contact from management even though l was told they would call me on the 25/7 ! But now after investigating into the park there is some serious issues throughout, and if l don’t get a refund l will be adding to them !
