Fonehouse have a shop in my local town but did not have the phone I wanted but the guys guided me to their website and Lo! And behold! They had the model in stock and even though it was a Friday they guaranteed delivery the next day. DPD delivered my phone within 24 hours. I was impressed.

My purchase was in stock. It was a good price and delivery was excellent.

The online buying process was simple and secure. I had to answer some questions which our government insist the Pharmacist asks us but this was not onerous and the order was taken and the best bit is the price for the Beechams Powders was very competitive and my order was delivered by post in double quick time!

Before I placed an order I emailed to see if customer collection was available. I received an email immediately in the affirmative. I placed an order and said when I was collecting. I had an email straightaway confirming order was ready to collect.

I contacted AES by email to confirm a part number & had an immediate reply. I ordered the part I required & chose courier delivery, not next day but 2 to 3 days. However my package arrived the next day, well wrapped in protective packaging.

There must be loads of alloy wheel repairers and refurbishment outfits around the country as the alloy wheels on your car are so vulnerable to damage. But if you are serious about wanting your car to look as good as new (in fact I would go as far as to say even better than original factory supplied quality) then you need not go anywhere else than The Wheel Specialist (TWS) of Garforth. I cannot speak for the other franchisees of TWS but Brian Scott in Garforth runs a superb company and his staff are not just friendly and keen to make you happy they are genuinely interested in doing an excellent job. I have had lots of wheels refurbished and have always been really happy with the quality and workmanship. Like I said, my wheels are better than when they were new!

The speed of the delivery was astonishing! The parcel left North Yorkshire on Monday 4 November 2024 and was delivered in West Sussex early morning Tuesday 5 November 2024. The consignment was 6 bottles of Bubbly and all was intact! Brilliant service, well done guys!

Firstly, I wanted this particular shampoo (X-Pel by XHC) as I find it is like a Turbo version of Vosene, a medicated shampoo and there are very few Online retailers stocking it, so well done to Express Chemist for offering it. Secondly, Express Chemist had it in stock and dispatched to me super quick. Express is their name and express is their service. Finally, it was well wrapped and protected during transit.

Let me be honest. I have not (yet) been on Ambience. I am booked to go July 2023. My gripe, which is still ongoing, is that I booked 14 months before the cruise. The same cruise is now being offered with lots of extras at no extra charge, and I believe the early bookers should get the same benefits as the late bookers. I know I am not alone in this and some call this treatment of customers "cheating and degrading". I have had email exchanges with "Customer Services" who keep fobbing me off. I have written to several board members and the Head of Pre and Post Cruise but as yet, no answer. The company have a week and then I am going public.

The delivery was a day earlier than I was expecting it to be but no problem as I was in!

I booked early onto a cruise and then I find that Ambassador are enticing later bookings with free drinks packages and free on board gratuities. I challenged the company that folk who had the decency to book early should also receive the same "freebies". Their reply was, basically, NO. I do not want a lower fare (this was not offered) I do not want an upgrade to another cabin, I booked the one I wanted specifically. I just want fair play. Maybe I should have cancelled my original booking and booked again with the enticements? Then Ambassador would say the cabin I chose was unavailable? Probably. This situation is still unresolved 5 months before we are due to sail. It smacks of shoddy customer service and if we had not booked with another couple, we would be cancelling. I am not impressed.

The production of "Come from Away" is quite unusual but highly effective. The way the cast change characters just by changing a hat and changing their accent is amazing. The story based upon true events surrounding the 9/11 attacks on the USA is both heartwarming and uplifting. Something we all need in our lives right now! I realize all shows (as in all good things) must come to an end, but I feel that "Come from Away" should be allowed to run like The Mousetrap! The choreography and the energy of the cast exhausted me just watching them! Well done to all who have been involved in the production.
