Got a warning for blocking another player who was trying to grief me i asked customer services to help remove the warning and got hit with bots even when I asked for a real person absolute joke it just kept disconnecting my account and I had to keep signing in so I couldn't even get to far with the complaint disgraceful company
I ordered from this company a few times and for some reason they decided to send the package to an old address that I have never used with them or even tied to my card but none the less it went to the old address but of course I couldn't get anyone home I tried for about two weeks to contact the website but kept getting met with it not our fault only once I said I was looking into legal advice regarding the situation they couldn't have gotten my refund to me quicker DO NOT USE THIS SITE it was decent once upon a time but that had long since passed

I’m really sorry to read this. I can completely understand how frustrating that must have been, especially if the parcel went to an address you weren’t expecting.
We can only dispatch to the address entered at checkout, and we don’t manually amend addresses unless requested before processing. That said, if there was any confusion around saved details or a system issue, we would always want to properly investigate it.
I’m pleased a refund was issued, but I’m sorry it took escalation for you to feel heard. That’s not the experience we aim to provide. If you’re willing, please share your order number and I’ll personally review what happened so we can understand how this occurred and prevent it happening again.

I asked them to fix a ban on my account which occurred while I was on a private server (just myself) and thier reply was don't do it again and we are enforcing the ban tried to get a real person but all I got was bots shoddy company
Tried to ask them why I had a ban on my account didn't have any complaints against me or any strikes against my account but somehow I managed to get a communication ban tried to talk to the so called help team and as soon as I told them my problem they kept ending the conversation
Tried booking through the app and there app showed 6 taxis 5 mins away after an hour I called in and the idiot on the phone starts talking about me being in the Lanarkshire area which I was nowhere so I just cancelled and walked don't like being lied to and if the person dealing with the calls can't be honest can't expect the drivers to be any better
Just bought a £25 pound mystery box from the argyle Street branch and there is three items here a set of cod badges an assassins creed figure that's no bigger than my index finger and a joker apron what the actual hell warning to anyone interested do not waste your money this is an actual joke never setting foot in hmv again

Giving one star because zero isn't an option these guys are thieves they will rob you blind £10 in under 2 days to run a tv and fridge and the customer service centre clearly have no idea what they are talking about

I singed up to economy energy 4 weeks ago and I am still waiting for my account number and top up cards they have done the switchover and my old cards no longer work I am now sitting in a house with pennies left in my meter wondering how i am going to keep my tropical terrapin alive with no way to top up and they have no emergency or Sunday contact numbers so not a great start
