I'm 82yrs old and never used varifocal glasses until my son recommended Specscart to me as he'd been buying his glasses from them for years. I received mine today and was amazed at the clarity and sharpness of things when I put them on. On top of that I was surprised at the value, realising it was far cheaper buying one pair of varifocals as opposed to buying one pair of reading glasses and one pair for long distance and driving, which I'd been doing for years.

I'm 78yrs old and decided to have 4 new windows and 2 doors as my existing ones were over 35 yrs old.

I found this company online and contacted them. Nick the sales rep came to my house and was very professional and not "pushy". He was very informative and helped me with my choices.

John and James the fitters arrived to do the work and were very polite, efficient and worked making very little mess which they cleaned up. 2 days later the work was completed.

They are all a credit to the company and I have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends.

From ordering to delivering my new phone was so straight forward, in fact it came 3 days earlier than expected.

I'm 77 yrs old and recently purchased online a second pair of Men's Stretch Cargo Trousers within a week of each other. With the first pair I received the free Monet Mug offer using the code given. After reading the second pairs order receipt I noticed there wasn't any mention of the free Monet Mugs so I immediately phoned Cotton Traders and spoke to a lady who was very helpful. After taking my details and checking my order she apologized for the error and told me she'd reordered the mugs and they would be sent separately from the trousers. She was extremely helpful, polite and efficient and a credit to the Cotton Traders Team.
I received both today.

Having ordered a complete bathroom suite including a shower etc and tiles from Victoria Plum all I can say is how very stiffed I am with their service from ordering to delivery and would recommend them to all my family and friends.

I found the company TD Robinson Heating & Plumbing on TrustATrader as I wanted a new gas hob installed. I gave them a call as they were local to my area and I explained what I wanted done. The young man I spoke to was very polite and helpful and gave me a very reasonable quote which I accepted and a day that they could come to do the job. On the arranged day two gas fitters came and fitted my new hob, they were polite and very professional making no mess at all, on finishing I was asked if there was anything else they could do for me whilst they were there, I thanked them and said no everything was fine. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.

I'm 76yrs old and have never used a company like GoodBuyTech before to sell a phone so I was a little nervous. I'm very happy to say that the service provided by this company was very professional and simple to use and they offered me a very good price for my phone unlike some local phone shops who offered me next to nothing for my phone. The best boiler I've had. The gas fitter was polite, efficient and not messy, even cleared up the slight bits that were unavoidably made when removing my old boiler and fitting the new one. From the time I ordered the boiler to the time of fitting my boiler Viessmann's Customer Service provided an exemplary service especially when I was charged for re-siting the boiler, at my request, but as this wasn't necessary they immediately refunded the charge without fuss.

I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

If I could give a ZERO rating for this company I would. DON'T GET THEM TO SUPPLY YOUR ENERGY. READ RECENT REVIEWS ON THEM FIRST.

Their incompetence regarding my account after me phoning in my readings to an advisor PLUS putting them on my Together Energy website account they still stuck me for a Debit of £772.20 after I received notice that my monthly payment would be increased from £90 to £153!!!

Whilst on the phone to them to question this I was put through to three different advisors the call lasting 90 minutes. The first advisor quoted me a debit balance of £277, the second advisor £512 and finally the third advisor said they'd made a mistake and it was actually £888+!!! After 90 minutes of trying to sort this out and making an offer of £15 per month to repay the debt which was through no fault of my own, the advisor said he would get back to me the next day, hopefully with a resolution.

As I knew my Consumer Rights I made it quite clear in an email to them that if they didn't accept my offer within 8 weeks or try to block me from switching energy suppliers I would put it in the hands of the Energy Ombudsman.

The third advisor got back to me two days later apologising but he'd had to research my case and it was very complicated due to their incompetence. However, he agreed to my terms and set up a monthly £14 85 repayment plan.

The thing is I am a 75 yrs old pensioner and the shock of this and having to be 90 minutes on the phone made me I'll.

I DON'T BLAME THE ADVISOR AS HE WAS ONLY DOING HIS JOB AND WAS VERY PATIENT, POLITE AND UNDERSTANDING OF MY REACTION OVER THE PHONE. HE IS A CREDIT TO THE COMPANY unlike his Manager who suggested I contact STEPCHANGE a charity run debt collecting service. On hearing this I was disgusted because the debt wasn't caused by my actions but Together Energy's total incompetence.
