I had decided the only way to get my bike fixed properly was to learn bike maintenance myself . I was pleasantly surprised when entering Balfes bikes by how friendly the staff are and felt like they new what they were talking about. My bike was inspected , they actually did what they said they would do . AMAZING. Thought I still had a problem and they checked it over immediately on return at no extra charge . I would recommend them to anybody .
