They are honestly the most comfortable I have worn. Now days the waist area is stiff and doesn't even go past your bum, and it has been so hard for me lately to find jeans that fit. But these are comfortable, soft and feels like your wearing leggings. I will going to buy more for sure although I already have 4 pairs.

I placed an order for a cream on the 19th of October, which I urgently needed. The ordering process went smoothly, and I opted for next-day delivery, expecting the item by Monday, 21st, or at the latest, Tuesday, 22nd. However, the delivery took nearly a week, arriving between the 25th and 26th of October. On the 21st, with the order still processing, I reached out for an update. They replied, "We apologize for the delay; a sudden surge in orders has overwhelmed us, but your order will be dispatched tomorrow for delivery on Wednesday." Despite this, there were no updates on Tuesday, and my messages through their portal went unanswered. On the 30th of November, I received another email explaining, "We are sorry for the issues faced so far, and understand the concern caused by DPD's lack of response. We are upgrading our customer service system, which has led to some delays in communication." In my opinion, they need to improve communication with customers, especially regarding delays. They refunded the £6 next-day delivery fee, but it didn't feel like sufficient action was taken in this case.
