I placed an order totaling $150 and the site said I earned free shipping. When I went to pay the total was $336! They tried to add a shipping cost of over $200!!! Thank goodness I caught that before clicking on “pay”. What a scam.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. They are just freaking HORRIBLE!! Good luck getting your order on time, getting a hold of customer service, and a refund. No one is ever available. I am so fed up with this company, there are no words. I wish I read all the reviews on them before I placed my order. Future customers - LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! THEY SUCK!!

I was looking for a cobalt blue dress for my son's Bar Mitzvah and found several at PromGirl.com. I ordered 3 of them to try on and choose the one I liked best. And yes, I knew there was a 10% restocking charge for the dresses that would be returned, but there was no other way to try on the dresses if I didn't order them. Well, it was a difficult decision but I was able to finally pick one. Even though I love the dress I chose, I probably won't order from PromGirl again due to the fact that I had to forgo almost $100 just to try their dresses on. Unfortunately, when trying to find the perfect dress for a special occasion, you can't just pick one out from a picture without trying it on. I hope that PromGirl will take my experience into account and change their return policy so others will be able to pick the perfect dress without losing money on their returned items.

The standard return policy for special occasion dresses is "no returns," but we want to ensure you have your special dress for your event so we accept returns for a refund less the 10% restocking fee or for a full store credit as long as it does not state "Final Sale- No Returns."
