I loved the woolly waistcoat that I ordered and was excited to wear it with one of my fatface dresses however the sizing isn't accurate and although I ordered the size corresponding to my measurements it was far too big and didn't look right. I recommend anyone buying allows for that.

Booking a holiday cottage was a fairly easy process, the most difficult thing was choosing the cottage! Once chosen I found the booking procedure straight forward.

Original phone call very informative and saved me spending more than I needed to. On line service was easy to use and took only a short time to do.

I give 5 stars for FatFace because they offer great service, quality clothing and great delivery service.

The car service was simply that 'a car service', the staff were reasonably helpful but no courtesy car was available and I had to pay a great deal of money getting a taxi to work as there was no direct public transport. I have paid a great deal of money monthly for this service and was extremely disappointed that the courtesy car had been withdrawn since the previous year without any notification to myself to make arrangements to travel back.
During March my 'free' MOT at Carshop couldn't be dealt with when it was due so I had to pay elsewhere to get the MOT done. The car passed the MOT with only an advisory for rear tyre replacement. Imagine my surprise and worry after the service with you that I was told that my brake discs were severely corroded and in need of urgent replacement and 'I have added a quote for you for the work', which was over £500.
When I went to collect the car I challenged this information as on the paperwork it was briefly mentioned, with the said quote, but didn't say it was 'severely corroded and in urgent need of attention'. I told them the car had just been MOT'd and nothing about the brakes was mentioned and the reply was 'different assessors have different view points on this'..which clearly isn't the case when surely MOTs are standard where ever you get them done. In my opinion this was clearly touting for work.

Following the reply from the Carshop on Trust pilot I would just like to add that yes my husband has spoken to the service manager who has looked into this matter and says that it was a genuine mistake by one of the operative's getting two reports mixed up and giving him incorrect information. I have also had an email of apology from the company. Although this can't undo the upset that was caused for my husband at the time he does appreciate that it was a mistake.
