This has always been our go to company for kitchen worktops. Would definitely recommend. They even have a worktop design app which things a lot easier for you. Their delivery service is also top notch!

I also love how, when you submit as per the request below in the reply, you get a no reply message where it states, 'thank you for choosing UPS' - that has got to be someone with a sick sense of humour!



I have been waiting for a parcel I have ordered. It was supposed to arrive Thursday, was told it had been delayed by one business day due to bad weather in Europe, Which was fine. I checked tracking very early this morning and the parcel was in Tamworth 2.05hrs from my home. I have now been informed it has been delayed again due to weather and tracking now shows 'on its way'. Forecast for Tamworth and here today is rain!!!!

So now it is Monday before I will receive it. As per other feedback. This is terrible service.

It is obvious UPS are holding parcels to maximise route drop but inconveniencing customers of companies who, regrettably, use them. I am sure overtime, as is already happening, UPS are losing market share....

Amazon, Royal Mail, DPD and EVRI have all been able to deliver to my property since Thursday.....Delays due to weather today is complete BS as far as I am concerned and if I do not receive the parcel by Monday I will contact the company I ordered from to advise of this very poor service.

This is a costly item I have been waiting for and I expect UPS to do what they are contractually obliged to do.

Also, by way of a note, The response to reviews is a standing template which highlights how poor the their service is.

Anyone with a modicom of intelligence would not put 'if you require further assistance' and a reference number. Clearly everyone who is raising a poor service issue still requires assistance. This is just a box ticking exercise.

I have not yet see any review where a 1 star changes based on UPS customer resolution.

10hr waiting for call, inspection and collection - nothing

Abysmal. Told by the lease company to clean car inside and out, reset everything and the company would call to let me know when they would be coming.

Waited all day and heard nothing. Tusker appoint this company for their collection logistics. In fact I had to chase on Goskers behalf and was told that cutoff for calling to state arrival time I 17:30. I have heard nothing.

They will now have to give me a specific time when they re-arrange pickup. I am a busy person and refuse to sit around a second time for 10hrs.

I can only assume that as it was scheduled for a Friday they wanted to 'clock-off' early with complete disregard for customer service.

Shameful company.

10hrs waiting for a 'no show' scheduled vehicle collection

I had arranged my EOC collection for today. I was advised to prepare everything, clean the car inside and out and do all the necessary reset activity. I complied. I then waited in from 8am to 6pm for a call, inspection and collection. Nothing....

As I had received nothing I contacted customer service around 2.40pm and was then told to contact their logistics company. After waiting on the phone for 20mins i got through to them. They couldn't get in touch with the driver! I was informed the cut off for pickup calls is 5.30pm. it is now 6pm.

Of course the Tusker customer service office is now closed and it is weekend. I now can't use the vehicle as it will need to be cleaned and setup again for me.

This company is a joke.

- I arranged a collection date/ time
- I complied with the readiness list
- I waited 10hrs for inspection/ collection
- I had to chase the logistics company THEY appointed

My contract ends today and my new one starts in January. I do not expect to be paying any pro-rata cost for the delay they have created in December. I will update everyone on what happens when Tusker fails their commitment through their chosen logistics company.

I now EXPECT a scheduled DATE and TIME convenient to me given this terrible service.

Update1:
I have emailed Tusker resolutions as requested and also chased the logistics company who advised they would call with an ETA today (8/12/25) that was at 9am and I chased again at 11am. Nothing. I have no idea when this vehicle is being collected.

Update2:
No response from Tusker. Waited in all day again and then contacted the logistics company they use to be informed the driver which was due to pickup the car has been re-assigned and no driver is available today. So another 10hrs wasted. They are now scheduling it for Wednesday (10/12/25) 5 days after the original pickup date. If there are ANY charges, I will be escalating to the BVRLA given this abysmal service.

Still awaiting a response to my query 24 days later!!!!!

Still awaiting a response to my query on my cherished plate transfer 24 days after requesting and based on advice from order admin.

Customer satisfaction ‘liaison officer’ advised this had been transferred to the correct channel (despite me being given incorrect information) on the 14th July!

Still no acknowledgement or response. If I am unable to address this I expect Tusker will be covering the cost of replacing this number plate due to lack of response on their part? Or I will be seeking legal advice.

Potential theft of my parcel.....

Parcel 'checked in' on day of scheduled delivery, now lost (stolen?). It has been showing 'as parcel delayed due to an unexpected issue in your area' since it was scanned in at 7:50AM at the Middleton depot on the day I paid for it to be delivered. Unexpected thief working in the depot?

If you take the time to look at the photos on Google search for DPD Middleton you will see a picture of a DPD employee smoking what looks like a joint and drinking beer!!!!

A quality courier company. Needless to say, I am now actively checking which couriers company's use and if it is DPD I'll share with them of my experience and why I won't be ordering from them and move on to someone who doesn't.....

Unfortunately, I don't believe anything will be done about this as they have people employed drinking and smoking joints in the company uniform. If any of my staff did this they would be fired immediately!

Used DPD - item stolen at depot, terrible customer service

Currys use DPD - please take the time to look at the Google photos for DPD Middleton. There is a picture of a member of DPD staff with a beer and 'questionable, rolled cigarette wearing a DPD uniform. This is a company Currys use.

The parcel I paid and requested to be delivered on 9/6/25 was checked into the depot on the day I paid for delivery @ 7:50am. I waited in all day. Nothing. It is now 'lost' i.e. likely stolen.

Customer service is abissmal and consists of constant lie, miscommunication and unresolved issues.

I have had to make several calls to get to the point where 'i think' a refund will be issued - but I don't know. If it doesn't I'll be seeking legal advice.

After establishing the order has been 'lost' (stolen), a new replacement was raised and was then automatically cancelled without notification to me. I know this as I queried this during, yet another call, as I had received no follow-up email saying the order was 'on its way'.

I was then told they can raise a manual order and this will take 3-5days. No apologies for losing a day waiting in.

I then asked for order to be cancelled. Advised i'd get an email detailing this. Still not received one, told this was a 'glitch' and there is no way to resend the email!!!! Told to use the customer service chat transcript as evidence, but not what to do if there is a continued issue!!!

I then received an email notification of a partial refund for the delivery but not for the item.

I had to call yet again and after a further 25mins of waiting told that the refund for the rest will happen in the next 3-5 days.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had. I have lost all confidence in Currys as a company and will now take my custom elsewhere. I will never use them again.

Paid for none on-time delivery

Paid for delivery. Told due 2/4 but informed delivery is delayed. No date of when I'll get it.
Customer service delays unacceptable (17min wait) and I could've gone to the store had I known this would happen. I want my delivery charge refunded but unlikely to get a response. Useless!

Excellent experience from start to finish

Nathan and the team were as excellent as ever. We decided to downsize for a VW California Ocean T6. The Christian and Howard did us a great deal and secured a good trade-in and HP rate.

Nathans team even spotted the van needed new tyres, without being prompted, and replaced all four prior to pickup.

This is our third purchase from GC and would definitely recommend!

Very poor customer experience

Update 25/11/2024
Carmats responded to my concerns on the 23rd and advised that the would look into this further Ron the Monday (25th). Ash advised all items were dispatched as advised and EVRI had a second parcel to be delivered. I received no second consignment from the but Ash kindly shared it with me.

I am now awaiting delivery and hope to recieve the remaining items today so please note, following the initial confusion it would appear EVRI are at fault.

Should i still have issues i will share with the community so note revised score.

Was advised that the despatch would contain all of what I ordered. EVRI delivered only half of the mats. When I queried the delivery driver she advised there may be another part to bring but the delivery has been marked as complete. There is no telephone number for this company and EVRI only have an automated system. I expect to receive what is on the despatch note but have no way of speaking to soneone. I now have to wait for a response. I will be requesting return and full refund if I do not receive an adequate resolution. This is a VERY poor experience overall.

Poor service initially but now improved

I ordered on 27/7 I received an update to say my meds have been dispensed. It is now 5th September after contacting multiple times to be told 'we have requested dispatch for today'. I am still waiting after the third message to say it will be 'dispatched today'. Very disappointed as they have been flawless up until now. I have even requested cancellation and full refund - this has been ignored. I am giving them until tomorrow at which point I am opening a PayPal case.

Provided additional information 'to get this fixed' but this has been ongoing for a number of days and proof of the service you can expect when something goes wrong! Either full refund or dispatch what was ordered today (6/9/24).

Ironically, response has been faster for this Trustpilot review than it has for my customer service queries. Interesting....

Also waited for over 10mins twice to speak to a person and no response....

Update: order dispatched today. Something which normally takes 3 days will have taken 14 if i receive it when it says - no offer to fast track due to their poor service!!!!

Update 14/9/24: MedExpress team have done a lot to resolve and improve my experience. I have therefore revised my feedback to reflect this. Thank you to the team for resolving the issue.

An utter nightmare and very poor customer service

I was going on vacation and saw a promo of the new DJI Power 500 power bank on YouTube. I checked there shop and I advised the device would be with me before leaving. I immediately ordered the main unit and the 12v charger cable (£504 for both), i foolishly trusted the Youtube review and the brand DJI. That was my first mistake!

Firstly the two items were being shipped separately! The cable first with DHL which I was promptly informed would arrive as per advertisement- remember I was time restricted. My sales portal stated both had been shipped but when looking at the main power 500 unit it was sat waiting to be handed to UPS. The UPS tracking advised they were waiting to receive the item. It obviously was not going to arrive in time for my departure which the unit was purchased for. Then the fun (NOT!) Really started.

I contacted them on the day the item was advertised to arrive. It took 30mins to get through and, knowing it would be unlikely I would get this in the advertised time frame I asked for it to be cancelled. I was told the first of many lies at this point. I was told it was referred to the team as priority. I then decided to also cancel within my shopping portal. I also refused delivery of the cable needed to charge as it would be of no use without something to charge it with!

I then contacted them via Chat. The 'people' at the other end simply followed a script so much so I actually asked if it was a chatbot. I asked about cancellation and when this would happen. I was informed it was of utmost importance and sorry for the inconvenience yadda., yadda. I asked again the same question and was told it had been escalated as a priority again!

The next thing I received a notification from UPS that the delivery had been terminated. Shortly after I received another UPS notification with a different consignment number stating they had the parcel and it would be delivered the following day.

So... no cancellation was acted on! In fact the portal still had the original consignment number.

I contacted them again on the day the parcel was due to ask for my money back as I now did not have the charging cable to use with the unit.. they told me that the parcel was cancelled! I then advised them of the second notification and new consignment number and Doh! I, the customer was correct... I thought this was a technology company! This has never been reflected on my order in the portal!

I insisted I want the refund today and was told I would have to refuse the delivery of the new consignment and wait for it to return, be inspected and a decision made regarding the refund. In total up to 11days! What if it is damaged on the return journey....? These liars could make anything up - they have shown a complete disregard for customer service and fabricated the truth around prioritisation.

This is an issue DJI created but somehow, me, the customer is now having to chase for the refund. I have been told this is a priority!

In short DO NOT buy from these cowboys. They lie and do not do as they are asked. I am still waiting for a response from them. I have advised I am seeking legal advice and will be contacting my credit card company.

Update: 14th July 2024 (day 5 since cancelling online and by phone).

DJI informed via phone call refund has already been acted on and will take 1-3days.

DJI email on case stated the cable has been pre-refunded, (£45), whatever that means, and that they are awaiting a response from UPS on status of return and as soon as this is confirmed I will get a pre-refund against this item (£459).

I have checked the UPS tracker and it clearly states refused and return to sender but then states that a re-delivery has been requested!

Update 15th July:
I decided to contact UPS myself by phone. I was instructed by DJI to refuse delivery and for return to sender, which i did. The device, being a lithium battery, was identified as being 'hazardous material' and DJI have not contracted with UPS for return of devices of this type. It is therefore sat in a distribution centre for re-delivery. I have had to accept it being delivered but will now need to request a returns label, which frankly feels like it will be equally as challenging.

Update 16th July

DJI 'customer support' ignoring me!

This now feels like a case of fraud.

This company really need to get their act together!

Top notch

The team at Glossop caravans were great. Picked up the van and went away for a couple of nights. Had some minor niggles which the team dealt with promptly, delivering the van back to us. Overall brilliant experience. The sales team did us a great deal and dispatch were equally as good. Can't fault them. Will be returning when we look to upgrade.

Before ordering check 'About Us' and…

Before ordering check 'About Us' and 'business-changes-2023'. This is at the very bottom of the main sales page - which is very much live....

This company and the Administrators are effectively performing 'legalised' theft. They are still accepting orders through their website and even asking if you 'need help' if you have items in your basket but not yet checked-out. There is no telephone number for retail customers and therefore no help. I have been waiting for a communication/ refund since 23rd October - upon cancelling they email to advise they'll be in touch shortly. It is not obvious of the situation and they are still taking orders/ payment knowing they will not honour them.

I have since raised a case with my CC as this is unethical if not fraudulent business practice.

In fact when you cancel you are no longer able to track status and therefore completely in the dark.

All involved should be ashamed of themselves - karma will no doubt catch-up with these people.

Note the reply from VP - the link provided MUST be reviewed before ordering so you are aware of what to expect... Thanks VP for confirming the link. Evidence of them providing 'excellent customer service'.
