Visited the Chiswick store to collect an online item and the staff were so friendly and welcoming even-though they were busy with morning deliveries.

A lovely section of beautiful bicycles in store and one was particularly tempting, fortunately for me, resistance was not futile and I managed to leave the albeit looking back and I might be back to test ride and fit?

JUST the best last minute tickets unbelievable value & yesterday I was centre stage front row...... (I think the BEST seat in the house) I've attended over a dozen events with ShowFilmFirst from musicals, screenings, Q&A's with directors, concerts the LOT! All great seats or events.

Totally amazed, I made a small order of 4 items in two parts and the standard deliveries arrived in 2 and 3 days. Probably not all deliveries arrive this quick, but mine did. Quickly delivered even during the Covid-19 period. The sign is proudly sitting at the front of our home. The sign has good looking securing flush nuts & spacers which are excellent and totally compliment the sign's large number and our road name.

Click 'n' collect is really quick with lots of quality products. So easy to retrieve your orders, without faffing around, unlike other stores. Always pleasant and most parts knowledgeable staff and the hot drink is a lovely thing, especially in the winter months.

I purchased an Abus cycle helmet that arrived well protected and in tip-top condition. Great helmet, light and airy, that kept me cool. Not used to the wetness of the internal helmet soft protector/cloth that stayed damp on a 2 hours ride.

These Guys were perfect for our wedding, they professionally organised and kept us together even when we were ordering from more than one store and transferred to another. The prices are very keen and do not have that typical wedding hike that other retails try to load.
