The Passenger micro fleece was only available in my size on ebay and this company. However, the ebay one did not accept returns, which is always a big no for me.
The price was about the same so althoughI was a bit concerned that it was a European company, I took a chance and I'm glad I did. The delivery time was reasonable and I received lots of emails keeping me up to date with the progress of my parcel.

Easy site to use, delivery usually in a few days,free returns with an email when it arrives and is processed in a reasonable time.
I will continue to buy from them in the future when they have offers.

I ordered some shoes from Spain. Was told they were coming via UPS. Got emails from UPS keeping me updated with a tracking number and giving me a delivery day. Parcel was delivered on that day by a very friendly driver. I was unsure about paying customs, but assumed that either my package was below the threshold, or that it was included in the postage price.

As a pensioner, I can only afford to buy clothes when they are on sale. However, what I have bought or tried on has been good quality and, of course, kind to the environment. Delivery is usually within a few days, and returns are easy and free.

Delivered on expected day by a polite young man who left it where I asked.

My jackets were delivered quickly. I had ordered two different sizes of the same jacket. The return was free for the one I didn't want, and I received an email when they received it. My refund was dealt with efficiently. The jacket was just what I wanted, great colours and quality, using recycled fabric, and a great price in the sale.

There was a problem with the site and their phone line when I tried to do my order. I sent an email and Helen soon got back to me. She sent the order out anyway sent the order out anyway, and emailed me an invoice with a payment method.
She couldn't have been more helpful.

Etsy said parcel should be delivered by 19th/20th September, but only arrived on 21st. Item was left in requested safe place, but could have been handed to us as we were in.

The bag and purse were excellent in form and function. The prices were very competitive. The only negative was the length of time to dispatch. However, customer service sent me an email next day to let me know and the dispatch details was on each item too.
So I would definitely recommend this company and use them in future.

Did two orders for stonewashed cotton bedding at reduced prices which appears to be good quality. Within a couple of days I was sent a 15% off code, but when I clicked on the email link, I couldn't get on to the site and when I went onto their site, the menu wouldn't work. I sent them an email asking if there was a problem and the next day got a reply saying they were no longer trading and no refunds!
