So I bought a 3k awning last year..I contacted ae leisure to try and address the issues. Which were the bowing of the inflatable bladders on my awning. I took videos...photos...gave description after description...It was out of season and we were then told they wanted more information.. we've since due to caravan age had to renew...we can't use the very expensive awning, different size caravan...like most sales places. .Happy to help....impossible to deal with when there's a problem...and trying to ring then is dead end
**my reply** I sent photos, video clips written descriptions.. no matter what I sent it wasn't enough...if you want to resolve this you have my details, im not a troll I don't want hassle I want resolution. I'm sick of jumping through hoops

I'm currently a paid up builder using "book a builder" I've paid additional for a Web page and early response to requested jobs....I get maybe 4 / 5 leads per week. Most are handyman type jobs, fitting skirting boards, cleaning guttering. That's fine if that's what you do. I tried to call their so called customer service number...it just rings through...please fellow traders I've been going 20 years don't fall for their lies. I'm thankful to be busy via wom and I was just wanting another platform....completely wasted my money..

Just left the store tvte gateshead. Looking for storage to fit to my bike for a upcoming ride. Also some waterproof clothing. It's now 13.20...to find someone not walking around munching on their lunch, or someone with knowledge of bike types wasn't available today.. without actually seeing my bike they had not a clue.. asked about clothing, after seeing a seeing a jacket for £300+ to be told..."you get what you pay for"... not the best experience but definitely the last at TEAMCYCLES

Had a very good customer service from mark...im not a one for suits but mark was on the ball. Bought a full suit in 20mins...in my opinion that was fantastic 😀

One star down purely due to delivery time and communication. Id still buy from cex and the tablet i bought is in very good condition

Bought the skullshaver Pro about 3 weeks ago. My initial thoughts were, light and cheaply made. I put that aside and gave it ago. It wasn't to bad but not as close a shave as they said. Now its stopped working, won't charge and a waste of money iv sent 3 emails with no reply. Iv wasted, been jooped out of £80. Look else where it ain't worth it

Hi I purchased from tva a couple of weeks ago, ordering was not complicated, the items arrived shortly after. I have yet to have the gear fitted, therefore i have not had the chance to unpack the items. Once I have and they've been fitted I will come back to hopefully change my rating 💯

Weve bought from cex for a few years now both online and in store. Cant fault them really. Weve recently bought 2 Samsung s9 phones cat A. The phones are immaculate service, post was spot on no complaints and will use again

Just took 2 days to look at both Victoria plum and local stores to make sure we were making the right choice, the site stored our proposed choices in "the basket" easily ...We found with both price and range we couldn't beat the site. I can't comment on quality yet but I will find a way to leave a review on this when the gear arrives. VERY happy so far

I received the goods as promised. No issues with delivery or drivers.
I purchased an L shaped bath with an integrated storage. This was delivered with handle holes that didn't line up. I contacted Victoria plum whom after I sent photos to confirm this resent a new unit....this is where issues began. Now I'm a builder iv got 20years trade experience. Iv got all of the components I needed for the bathroom refurb so I rip out all of my room and begin. I fit the bath and level it appropriately I have a tiler lined up for the next day as the usual procedure is to "tile the bath in" I notice that the integration of the storage panel which I don't have due to the fault needs to be fitted prior to tiling so I'm now having to stop. This was a Friday. The replacement came the following Tuesday. During this time I checked the tightness of the wastes that are supplied with the bath. Very poor quality. As is the pop up waste which is already siliconed in place.
I'm a week behind and having to use a friends house for washing. After the replacement arrives i finish the installation and fit the purchased shower screen...absolute joke...instructions are barely visible. Terrible components. Iv rang up again yesterday, spoke to abbey and been promised a call back within another 24hrs. Nothing.
People shop around I wished I had have purchased from a local store where I can speak to a person. Victoria plum are great at a glossy front but after your money's taken customer service is terrible.

Iv considered the offer of a full refund upon myself removing the shower screen or half refund on me keeping a leaking screen & refunding myself for the popup waste that doesn't work once again myself cutting the silicone on my bath removing glued in wastes. Considering the damage caused to my new bathroom and massive inconvenience caused I find these offers unfortunately unacceptable. Iv took videos of the leaking screen and the damage it is causing to my bathroom. I'm happy to speak to yourselves further to come to an agreement or take the unfortunate issue further. I have the videos available for yourselves I can upload it to you tube for yourself to witness

Bought an A grade galaxy tablet. It came with a substandard power cable. Contacted via email had a speedy reply and a new cable a few days later. Very impressed with cex
