I didn't actually think Hermes could make their service worse by changing the name to Evri but they've excelled. Booked two seperate collections in the last 10 days. Neither have been collected. Its near impossible to speak to a person and when I did finally get an email I was told to take it to a drop off centre. I will actively avoid Evri at all costs and will advise everyone I know to do the same. Its probably fine if they actually collect and deliver your parcel, but if anything goes wrong, you're in trouble. Not worth saving a couple of quid, use someone else instead.

A beautiful location with amazing views and fantastic staff. For a special family birthday we chose a tutored wine tasting experience followed by afternoon tea. Our sommelier was the wonderful Emma who not only made us feel welcome, but who's enthusiasm and knowledge really made the experience special. The variety and quality of the wine is excellent - my favourite is easily the Benguela Cove Chardonnay (thank you Emma!) Afternoon tea was delicious and served in the most elegant surroundings, overlooking the grounds. To finish off a delightful afternoon we took walk through the woodlands and around the lakes - the new sculpture exhibition is really worth a look. Would thoroughly recommend Leonardslee for a visit - superb food and wine in a magnificent setting!

I've been unable to use my voucher for the last 18 months due to COIVID and when I went to use it, I was told I'd have to spend another £20 to "renew" it along with some guff about how gracious they've already been in extending my voucher to June already - so what?!

This is a cynical attempt to squeeze money out of people after an awful 18 months of their lives. Shame on Activity Superstore making money out of the pandemic. What an awful experience.

IF this really were a customer centric company, who really cared about the people that they are supposed to be serving then then why not simply extend all vouchers until well beyond the end of COVID restrictions?!

On top of all of this, the list of things you can use the voucher for is pretty limited and I think you could get a better deal without having to go through all of this hassle.

Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a tent over a week ago, hasn't arrived and haven't had a delivery date or estimate. Decided to cancel the order, contacted via the website 4 separate times got no answer. Contacted via Facebook only to be told that I can't cancel the order once its been placed. Apparently I have to wait for stock to arrive, the order to be shipped, accept delivery, return the item, have it processed and THEN I can get a refund. What madness is this!?

I just ordered a tent from a competitor - its arriving today.

UPDATE: Just been told that the order is now "waiting to be picked" and I'm unable to cancel it.

UPDATE: Go Outdoors refunded my money. Then 2 days later Klarna took my money. I *think* they're sending me the tent I don't want. Yay.

Honestly. This place has good prices and a reasonable selection. However, I won't be using them ever again. I can't recommend using them based on their crazy return policy (unable to cancel even if the item hasnt shipped!) and their poor general customer service.

Paid for 10 bottles over two weeks ago and have not yet received them or had any communication about them other than the initial e-mail. Have e-mailed and called multiple times with no answer or response. Have lodged a case with PayPal. Disappointing.

Update: Apparently the bottles were out of stock when I ordered and I didn't realize. However, there was no indication of this fact on the e-mail order confirmation I received. I had to take to TrustPilot to get a response as my phone & e-mail messages went unanswered. That said, everything is resolved now. Changing my review to 3 stars. Thanks.

I bought a tumble drier late 2015. I had it a few months and then was told it was a potential fire risk and, basically, not to use it. I had to use it occasionally in the mean time (carefully!) but nothing like I would have liked to. It failed the other day and after speaking to Indesit, I'm told I need to pay £95 to have them repair it and make the necessary fire-risk modifications. No movement from their end at all. Utter rubbish. I will avoid like the plague in future.

Avoid if at all possible. They will take your money, let you down and lie.

As I said.... Good products and great customer service! Ordered a few ready for some epic rides this Easter weekend!
