Great company to deal with, I purchased this time based on my previous experiences and how they resolved an issue and the empathy they show with all purchases

18 months after I purchased a pair of walking boots both split on the inside by the ball of the foot.
At that point I was to say very disappointed, however, once Alpinetrek could see it was a genuine fault I was immediately offered a refund.
In Addition all the staff were so helpful and friendly ......... will definitely be going back to these guys.

The way my claim was handled when emotions were a little high after the theft showed a very good level of understanding and empathy. I don't think things could have gone any smoother ...................very pleased with the outcome. thank you

recently I purchased via Etsy and of course they took my money instantly, after I few days they told me the purchase could not proceed, no real reason was given and I would be refunded in due course. Meanwhile losing the opportunity to purchase from an alternative source.
However, a week later they continued to advertise Identical products for very very similar prices ??
These guys have a long way to go before you could consider themselves professional.
Would I purchase from them again .... well once bitten

Sigma Sports simply portray Professionalism, which can be a rare thing with a company when their pricing is so competative.

I had an issue with my bike purchased just short of 2 years ago. These guys at Leeds sorted the issue under warranty and when the the parts landed turned the bike round in the day.
They kept me informed of the progress at all times.
I know it's a bit of a cliché, but their service was above and beyond expectations

I guess "Revolver" is the parent company as all on line correspondence via their link.....3 attempts to contact to instigate the 60 day refund policy has simply fallen on deaf ears......no acknowledgements/reply's at all.

I purchased a Roadmachine Amp 3 road bike from BMC which after several months gained a problem with the electric motor, which simply stopped. After 3 months with the dealer this has still not been resolved with no resolution in sight.
After contacting BMC they have basically washed there hands of the problem stating it's the responsibility of the motor manufacturer "!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I spent 50 years with the retail side of the motor industry, who quite often use other manufacturers engines and other components, never on any occasion did any manufacturer squirm away from trying to resolve an issue from one of their products regardless who manufactured the component.......... I was expecting more from the Swiss

The speed, efficiency and the attention to detail from both DJI/Hasselblad and the courier DPD ............... once I received the Mini pro 4 bundle, although it's early days yet I am impressed with the quality of the product which so far has exceeded my expectations.

The operator was certainly very pleasant, clear and knew what she was doing. the whole process was very smooth

There was an issue with one of my orders.......I was impressed with the way this was dealt with, no trauma very proficient and very amicable. I would definitely recommend.

Organising a new kitchen is a fairly complex process, I am so pleased we chose Wren. From the initial meeting with our designer Paul Whitehead who is based at the Batley branch all the way through to the final screw.
Paul took us through the whole process with ease ensuring we understood every point and every step, this also extended to every query we had along the way.
I am blown away with the professionalism, empathy, and passion shown by all the staff at Wren. Definitely 5 out of 5

Be very carefull
When going for a trial period with these guys its not just a case of not paying any additional funds should you decide you dont want to proceed. They will set up automatic payments for double the trail period costs and you will never get these funds back. You can feel them smiling as they say ahah no.

First time we have used AO and from the first minute I was very impressed with John, who was instantly very helpful, knowledgeable, professional with loads of empathy and made it all very personal, smooth and easy with a smile.
When the washing machine arrived the item was damaged, no fault of AO, however the way John and AO dealt with it was 10 out of 10……………….
I had to call again with a problem caused by me before the delivery of the replacement. I spoke with a different individual who treated the call with the same professionalism and empathy and resolved things in a very similar manner………………outstanding. The extra mile seems to be standard.
Would I purchase again from AO………………………every time.

I found this a very standard antivirus software programme, what made me simply delete the programme only a few months into a 12 month contract was the shear volume of pop up ads from this company just a constant barrage of additional software programme adverts I apparently needed which I cant get rid of weeks after deleting.................a lesson learnt, never again

With a week to go to my retirement my employer told me I could organise a voucher to the value of £200 as a retirement present......As long as an invoice could be produced in my employers name. When I contacted Buyagift (on line chat only, no contact phone number) I was told this could be done and one would be organised (confirmed in the chaat transcript).....So I bought the voucher.
2 days later with 2 days to go, no invoice, so I tried contact them.....Not possible, no contact number and no chat room, closed for training.
The following day I managed to get through and went through the process again.
a few days later I recieved an email (after I had retired) stating an invoice could NOT be generated in my employers name.
Thanks a lot Buyagift I've now purchased my own retirement gift!!!
