Exceptional Service. Carters replaced my dishwasher for me. After a friendly call I was told they had the exact one in stock and they would install it the next day. It arrived as promised with two friendly and efficient men, the old one was removed and the new one up and running before 10am!
I highly recommend this company.

I have been taking Jude for about seven weeks now. As a 91 year old I had been getting up to pee 3 or 4 times a night, now I can sleep for 7 hours undisturbed! What a joy!!

The staff are friendly and helpful. There was a delay in getting the exact washer/ dryer I required, but I was kept informed of the progress at all times. The appliance was delivered and installed efficiently at an arranged time and the old machine removed.
Happy customer, I will use them again.

The meals are varied, well balanced and cater for all appetites, ethnic tastes and also provide soft foods for those with swallowing difficulties. They cater for vegetarians and supply gluten free meals.
I have several favourites, including the luxury shepherds pie and chicken and mushroom pastry pie.

Usually a brilliant company. This item arrived in acceptable time but when opened instead of the trousers I had ordered it contained a shirt. I returned it by Royal mail 07/12/22 at a cost to me of £3.35 but have heard nothing since.
Money returned, confidence restored in Lands' End!

Great choice of meals catering to every need, including meal sizes, ethnic meals, soft food and various allergies etc.. All very tasty.
The choice of oven cooking or microwaving makes them very handy for quickly prepared complete meals.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
