Had issue with my private health provider albeit not AXA fault directly their response was condescending & far from sympathetic or helpful ….The felt the need to remind me of the Covid Pandemic and that even the private sector was behind , reality I would have been quicker and indeed financially better off if I went withe the NHS

Waited weeks to be told it wasn’t there problem , and to contact the providers SCS “as it is a delivery issue “ that is total
Assumption and we as the customer back to square one , ripped sofa , no repair and a policy which I paid for not contributing.

Superb quality product delivered on time , what more can you ask 10 out of 10

All good and the product was exactly as advertised , would have been 5 star if delivery was a little quicker

I have already placed a review under headline “Online Purchase Treated Like A Thief “ However since you have asked for a review again the East Kilbride Affordable Golf store is a shambles and my worst Retail Experience in my 50year life time .

What I failed to mention on my previous post :

I Still haven’t received my email confirmation of my exchange transaction therefore In the future I couldn’t prove I bought it their .

Also forget to mention the “Staff Member” scrolled up the hard copy receipt i gave him right in front of me and throw it in the bin however it had two purchases on it although I only returned one while he told me “ If your other item disintegrates just come back and I will give you another one “ I just hope nothing happens to my purchase as
A : I would NOT go back in that store if they where giving away free golf clubs

B : The rude ignorant obtuse staff member I’m sure wouldn’t honour his promise anyway as he couldn’t care less.

So just to recap the Worst Retail Experience of my life and all because I politely asked to exchange something for a size that fitted which they had in stock however I shouldn’t have asked because I bought it from their online platform “SHAMBLES “

Ordered a tracksuit and only received the Top and no bottoms. Raised the issue and I had to follow it up myself on two occasions and it was clear the complaints handler didn’t read any of the detail I sent as they asked for it all again . I Was then offered 40% discount to keep the top although 50% of product was missing ???? . That’s no acceptance of the error or indeed compensation for the hassle I had to go through to follow it up . I decided to return for credit and along with a Nike academy training top which was size Large however in reality it was more like a small or a medium size at best and that too had to be returned . All in all a Shambles and would never 👎 order anything again .

Great online offer , I had my work suit delivered to my door for free in addition to a 10% discount from in store price , as always whether it be in store or online Slaters’s is the benchmark of “ what good looks like” Outstanding

The package arrived in a acceptable time however the contents were thinner than the picture & advert would suggest. To serve its purpose it should be more padded without doubt , If not for that more likely a five star rating.
