This device is a piece of Junk. Had the device for 3 years and continued intermittent problems with stop /start charging. Have dine so many restarts, power off cycles at the behest of Customer support, which ultimately ends in no progress and somewhere between 0 and 10% charge . Avoid at all costs

I ordered a new Tri Bike and John has been very helpful and fitted my existing Di2 kit for a fair price as part of the arrangement. Really pleased with the bike at a great price - just hope I do it justice in 2016 Ironman events. Highly recommended

I wish I had never used this company, because I am set up for a smart meter on the computer but it has never been fitted I cannot register readings online and when I email in they are not used. I have provided readings and requested a balance but they have stated that they cant tell me as they need to look into it. Last time this happened I got a bill for hundreds of pounds and expect the same to happen again. Customer Services are a nightmare 17minutes on hold and then cut off, now on hold again its 18mins and 24 seconds so far - I am going and never returning as a customer and cannot recommend them.

I ordered prescription lense Bolle sunglasses but they could not be made due to a 'website error' after considerable delays (1 month) and chasing I was finally issued a refund. I placed a new order for two Salice prescription sunglasses and after a month and no glasses I chased again. They could also not be made into prescription glasses by their lab due to a 'website error' ! - Despite several chases I have still only got a refund for one pair of glasses. A real shame as I thought Smartbuy were a good company. It appears normal glasses that are in 'fast shipping' can be supplied, prescription sunglasses just don't arrive and getting a refund for hundreds of pounds is a nightmare I'm my experience.

Wiggle have been brilliant and helped enormously on my Bike2work purchase. Easy returns system good prices. Web support has slowed down to 2 days but due to their popularity. They always get back to me and can fully recommend.
