I've been with them for almost 15 years but the archaic software and hardware is letting the system down. I thought the CTWS issue was just me, and got a new clicker - but it's the same issue. The clicker only works when I am using an ancient laptop I'm about to trade in so soon I won't be able to submit my codes at all. The rewards are pitiful.
I do the majority of my shopping at a "refill" store and they won't even consider adding this to their system. This is craziness, as they are supposed to be tracking trends. Very disappointing.

I'm really impressed by Everypaw. I've been with them for 4 months now. They have kept to their part of the bargain and been swift in their decisions about my claims. When one was declined because the locum vet had written something incorrect, I explained and they understood and revised their decision. I was also told if I hadn't had a 2 week break between them and my previous insurer (due to me having no £!) they would have honoured a claim I made in my exclusion period which I had never heard of before (so bear this in mind for the future, policy holders!).
They pay out quickly and they have been fair in their assessments. They are also one of the few policies which is affordable for an "ancient" (11!) dog, who is my world. Thank you Everypaw, for helping me afford to take care of my little boy.

Really disappointed by the service I received (via GymMama). Item hadn't been dispatched over 2 weeks after order - emails to their team went ignored - item was then apparently dispatched, but the tracking didn't work. Then suddenly it was dispatched again, finally delivered 3 weeks after I ordered it. Absolutely shocking service. Customers need to hear from a business - that's all. Would never use them again.

Absolutely awful. Ordered a gift for my sister in law on 2nd - it's now 19th and apparently it should have been delivered yesterday but nobody bothered telling the courier. There's no way to ring the company, and several emails have gone unanswered. I would never use this company again.

UPDATE: item finally dispatched almost 3 weeks after order. No response from customer service at all. Dreadful.

Mossmania were different from the start. They spent a lot of time talking to me about myself and finding the right dog for me. The application process was very thorough. 3 years after I adopted the love of my life I am still in touch with them, fundraising and helping them in their work. They are always available if I need help and they put the dogs first.

I'm really happy with the tag I received and will be ordering more. Service was quick and the product is high quality yet affordable so I can put some on my dog's other collars. Really impressed.

Especially great service from Tom at Cheltenham B&Q who took the time to help me with a fence sprayer. Staff are generally very helpful, there just aren't enough of them around.

I've been with Plusnet for about 15 years, at least. They have like all providers had blips in service but they have come out the other side. I like the fact that I get through to someone, often fairly quickly, in Yorkshire. When my latest call got cut off (because of internet issues) the advisor called me back straightaway. Engineers immediately remotely tested my line and an Open Reach chap came out the following morning. A new router has been sent out within a few hours of his visit. I'm genuinely impressed by the service I have received. Plusnet are reliable and friendly. I had some issues a few years ago but I would not hesitate to recommend them as a result of the past and also this recent problem.

Great service - I rang and was able to speak to someone who was knowledgeable and sorted out my issue. Fees are reasonable meaning we can afford to accept card payments.

I keep getting spam text messages from this site. I don't trust the site where it invites you to put your phone number in to unsubscribe - I never subscribed in the first place. STOP IT.

Ordered my Day 2 COVID test from them as they were the least expensive & offered reasonably priced postage. I was impressed by the service when I had to ring to change my postal address. It was done by hand and I was given express delivery as an apology for payment problems. My test arrived at the amended address the day after I placed my order. Many thanks to the individual who sorted my problem and made the journey home less stressful! I would recommend them.

I ordered a test to take to Greece which arrived promptly. My appointment was delayed by an hour, but I just sat online & waited. The test itself was straightforward & the advisor kind and calm. I got my results swiftly. Recommended for the Fit to Fly test at £39, although the day 2 test was far too expensive and I went elsewhere.
