Ordered a sample. Arrived very quickly and the sample was excellent. Most samples are a waste of time as they are too small and do not show the full scope of the pattern or all the colours used. This sample was really good and showed the full effect of the design. I only wish that other suppliers would take the effort to send a decent sized sample to show off the wallpaper to the best.

I have ordered several books from World Of Books. Always arrive well packaged. The books themselves were as described and in good to very good condition. The items are good value.

Ordered samples of wallpaper. Samples arrived. On the positive side it is good that the samples are big enough to see the full pattern as the patterns are large. Not sure if we have found the paper we want yet though. I cannot understand why I am sent multiple requests to rate the product and / or service having only ordered samples.

Kept well informed of progress. Ordered on Thursday, first email on Friday 17th Sept. Delivery occurred on Tuesday, within specified time limits. Driver was very helpful, carrying quite large package into hall rather than leaving it in porch. No complaints at all as was not expecting delivery until at least Wednesday due to the Bank Holiday interruption. Excellent service !

Ordered these basic metal cased USB drives for routine backup and storage purposes. Units are small and compact - nothing fancy - ideal for intended purpose. Relatively cheap for size. Order received quite quickly - no hassle.

A site with lots of choice in a large number of categories.You need to spend time researching products before ordering. The search engine needs refining to filter out unwanted items, e.g. searching for 32 Gb micro SD cards will list all possible micro SD cards.

Ordering itself is simple and the ability to save items as "favourites" is very useful if repeating a previous order or making a final choice from several options for a single item.

Payment is easy and follows a clear and logical path. Option to select to select shipping methods and insurance is provided. Shipment does take a while if the free shipping option is selected but is more than offset by the significant savings offered. It may be necessary to spend a minimum amount to qualify for free shipping so planning what is ordered can help in this area.

You do receive quite a few follow up emails promoting the latest offers and savings. These sometimes high light products that you did not know you wanted ! This aspect might annoy some people but should be expected as in order to keep prices as low as they are I assume higher volumes of sales are required.

The option to order a sample pen at 10p is a great idea to test drive a pen before purchasing for real.
