Beware.

Voucher experiences with Bread and Macaroon booked through Virgin Experience are not honoured by the supplier.

Bread and Macaroon have not responded to emails sent to breadandmacaroon"at"gmail.com and the phone number on their website +44 7 883 939 417 is not reachable despite multiple attempts over months.

Virgin Experience Days are still hosting Bread and Macaroon experiences despite knowing that the experience is unbookable. Virgin Experience Days shouldn't advertise a service that is not delivered. The only recourse that was offered from Virgin Experience Days was an exchange.

Months of admin are disappointing as a gift! It feels like a scam.

Except that I was not made aware that I was to be signed up to pharmadoctor online for data on vaccination to be stored for archiving purpose. Then pestered for a review.

Go figure.

You received your flu jab from one of our partner pharmacies (Paydens Pharmacy) in Orpington. The pharmacy provided your flu jab on behalf of Pharmadoctor which is medically responsible for the service you received. The pharmacy would have made you aware of this during your consultation.

You have received emails from us so that (a) you can access your vaccination record at any time, and (b) to gain feedback on our service delivered by Paydens Pharmacy in Orpington.

World of Books have an excellent choice of second hand books. They are well described and approriately priced. This is my go to place for buying second hand books. Parcels arrived in good time and well packaged.

climbing frame with many years of use ahead

Great climbing frame. Sturdy and well thought out for younger and older play.
Two small parts lost in transit, after a brief email exchange with customer services the parts were posted to us at no extra cost.
Overall we are very happy with this purchase.

Dirty rug doctor

I hired a rug doctor machine from a locker at our local supermarket. It was dirty, covered in pet hair. The only thing rug doctor customer service could offer was more time with the (dirty) machine.
It was supposed to be a cleaning tool. I didn't want to introduce muck into my house.
I will not use this service again.

Speedy delivery of some plain net curtains to replace some old frilly ones that the previous owner has left.
