Also on the main Web page you actually get contact phone numbers to speak directly with a person...many other sites do not have telephone numbers any more...

I have just purchased A 3.5T horse box and it just needed new ramp buffers. Looking on the internet, I came across this site and found it to be great value. I ordered the items and they arrived in good time for the replacement on the box.

I went in to buy a small generator and the team were very helpful. It was a little more expensive than other suppliers,but at least they physically had one then and there.

Second visit for a car jack slightly less successful as they had none on stock. They also knew of the fault I had with the previous one I bought from them, which was interesting

We paid for the bed to be delivered and installed. The delivery team did phone and say they would be here in 20 minutes then said it would be an hour. When they got here, it appeared they were in a rush and unloaded the bed components etc, but then left. My wife had to unpack it all arrange it and phone the helpline as there were no instructions. Also had to take all the packing to the local recycling centre.

Good initial welcome at the store, but lecithin excellent follow up. My wife is talking to the helpline to see if a refund of the significant delivery and installation additional cost can be recouped.

I looked at the online advice and decided that the product Rawlins advertised was just right for me based on reviews. the product arrived in a very short timescale and has now been applied. Just waiting for the surface to fully cure before I drive my car onto it.

We ordered two domestic appliances after first discussing the availability and stock. We agreed to waive the additional promotional 5% saving if they could guarantee delivery to our home address.

After taking the money and receiving order confirmations and latterly delivery notification, we contacted Marks Electrical to finalise the date and time. I was asked to call back on the following Monday. Upon doing so and speaking with another person, they stated that they could no longer deliver to our home and also failed to respond to any Emails I had sent.

We eventually got our money back, but have missed the January sales and so have to buy at a higher price elsewhere.

I have ordered may items from this company and all have arrived ahead of schedule and worked straight out of the box.
