Delivery was excellent. Product not great. I ordered a work bench, reduced from £199 to £69. Not surprised it was reduced by as much. Instructions were extremely poor, comprising one diagram-based sheet which was very difficult to read. Bench is not the sturdiest, had to bash a few bits to make it square so shelves/top fitted; shelves are very thin; and drawer is flimsy. Having said all that, for the price, I got what I expected and it's fine for my purpose.

100PcVatFreeBridge is simple and brilliant. I'm a one-man company and still using Quicken 2 running on VirtualBox hosted Windows XP (yes! and yes, I'm a mean Scot). When I had to eventually use MTD, I didn't have the stomach or finances to learn a new accounts package or pay monthly subscription. 100PcVatFreeBridge let's me continue using my easy to use Quicken 2. So glad I found it.

I was a little bit worried about buying a refurbished phone but, it arrived promptly and, as advertised, in very good condition. Wouldn't think twice about using them again.

Like most people I despise paying excessive bank transfers so I checked out Martin Lewis' moneyexpert.com and found a link to TransferWise. I had two holiday rentals to pay in France so I tried paying the smaller amount using TransferWise. There were a few hairy moments especially at the final stage where the peer-to-peer lending kicks in as it leaves you in a state not knowing when the transaction will go through. [Maybe the site could be improved at this stage. I know it shows the percentage transferred but some re-assuring words might help.] I decided it was too revolutionary for me so I opted for the pay now via a broker. The transfer process seemed to go well and I then did the second transfer. The biggest problem I had was with my own bank which blocked the second transfer as suspected fraud. A phone call to my bank followed to resoleve the suspected fraud issue and after waiting about 8 hours not knowing what was happening, the transfers went through. The next day, I received confirmation emails from each recipient to say they'd received the payment. All in all, a lot cheaper than using the bank but probably a lot more nervous. Would I use TransferWise again? High probability, yes? Would I recommend it to friends? A qualified, yes.
