I am absolutely discusted. Some buses go straight past when there is obviously room. Some buses drive straight past the school stop. Many times the bus does not show at all. I have little faith. They are so bad that when my son does his GCSE'S l am going to drive him to school myself, even though he has a bus pass and the petrol prices are going up.

I am distraugt. Playstation took £119.99 from my bank for a rolling contract I no longer required. It said I have 14 days to get it back. I ended up going round and round and round in circles or coming to dead ends. Eventually I wrote to London within the time limit but got no response.After the time limit in the bottom depths of a web site I found a number. I called it 3 different times and was told "our policy says no". What horrible people. I am a single mum and struggling.

I was promised free netflix. Still have not received it despite contacting them four times and them re-assuring me each time they would personally correct it and, how sorry they was that this has happened so many times. Still nothing after over a month. I cannot even be bothered now, I have wasted so much time on them it's making me ill.

I can't really recommend yet because I haven't tried the product. The service was very good though. The website is easy to understand and it is good value for money as long as it works.
