For the money, this is a great deal - unlimited backup space, remote access and a decent interface to review your backups. I am a music producer and Backblaze just sits in the background uploading my files to it's servers without me ever noticing. It has rescued me from a tight spot where I have accidentally over-written an important backup drive - Backblaze had all the lost files safe and sound and sent me a hard drive by UPS with all my lost data on it - phew. Another time I had a failure of a drive and was able to download my data straight to my replacement drive - again, amazing. I can also access all my backed up files remotely, which has been super useful a few times when working in other studios and when I've forgotten to bring a file or want to retrieve something from "home". Okay, the interface could be slicker and it could backup faster, but for the money, I am really happy.

Ordered the wrong flavour protein powder but Jack was on it and sorted it out in seconds via the chat feature on their website. Really positive first interaction.

Took two attempts to register the SIM card online causing me to create two accounts and losing the username I wanted. Very hard to find where to put a PAC code on the website. No dedicated app. However, the reception is great, even in our little dead spot in North London and the deal is great value. Frustrating start though.

Josh was extremely knowledgeable and incredibly helpful helping me get over some hurdles with the Web Builder package. He was able to work on the website alongside me in real time and make the changes that I was struggling with - now I know how it's done, it's easy! He was polite, relaxed and fun to deal with and I highly recommend asking for him personally...

I have bought pretty much ALL my studio gear in the last few years from KMR: MacPro fully installed with Logic, RME converters, Dynaudio & Avantone monitors and various leads and software.
