I would’ve given them a zero…

I would’ve given them a zero unfortunately, one was the lowest option
They took nine days to collect a parcel due for next day delivery and it still hasn’t been collected. They together with DPD are absolute rubbish.

Zero Customer Service

I ordered a Maxi Power battery for my Motocaddy S.1.
They claimed it was powerful and fitted a Motocaddy.
Firstly, it couldn't pull the skin of a rice pudding.
Secondly, it did not fit the battery holder and the charger connector was loose and just cheap rubbish.
I asked to return the product and was told I would have to pay for return and await a "Test" Now as a 70 year old I know when something is just cheap rubbish.
I have had email contact (they do not answer phones) with 2 people who have all my order and address details and promised to send a returns label. Yet their promises are as worthless as a politician. I still await a refund or at least a label or any response. Avoid like the Covid 19 unless you want to waste hours of your time.

A free returns label was emailed to you on 04/08 as per discussion with one of the agents. We have resent this to you.
We are sorry you are unhappy with the quality of the product however this is a manufacturing issue and not Affordable Golf.
Once we receive the item back, it will be tested.
Our phone lines are open Monday-Saturday, 9am - 5pm so we are unsure why you could not get through.

Great service from start to finish.

Great service from start to finish.
One or two very minor issues were resolved to my satisfaction otherwise they would have earned full five stars.
Would recommend to cash buyers, I did not use credit facilities.
Car arrived when stated and was in pristine condition as described.

failed to deliver or inform

they failed to deliver tyres on two ocassions and did not advise me so wasting hours of my time.

I am sorry for the issues you have had and thanks for feeding back.

I can see that this order has not gone smoothly at all and there have been major issues with our supplier in getting these tyres out. Our belief was that the tyres had arrived in time for your fitting as the garage had not made us aware of any issues as they should do. I have picked this up and this has been discussed with the garage to improve moving forward.

In relation to the ongoing issues I can see that one of the team is monitoring your delivery and will contact you on Monday to confirm the status of this. I will ensure that our supplier is aware of the issues and work with them on how to improve this.

Not Helpful and rip off return charges

Whilst they deliver promptly, they reserve the right to substitute goods. WATCH OUT.
When you return the goods they charge £22 per tyre.

Dear Mr. Dale,

We advise to read the terms and conditions regarding the delivery and return. In case of a client's mistake, if the delivery of the goods is accepted, in order for us to organize the collection the return fees are indeed 22 GBP per tyre. However, if you have ordered the wrong tyres and they were not delivered, you can simply refuse the parcel(s) and we will fully refund your payment.
