Charged me twice and denying it.

When I went to pick up the car the payment went through on the pin pad but the agent said it has been declined. I went I into my banking app and screenshot the transaction and emailed to him. Fine he said.
Two days later I note I have been charged twice. Contacted customer service and despite me sending them a copy of my statement they are denying it! Now having to raise a dispute through Amex.
What a hassle! Seriously, pay a little extra and go to a decent company.

Dishonest, avoid, avoid avoid

I requested to cancel my order as it was not going to arrive in time for my son's birthday. I received an email stating that it would be dispatched in 48-72 hours and would I consider not cancelling if they gave me a 4gb memory card.
I emailed back imediately and said no I wanted a refund. The reponse to this is that it has left the warehouse and couldn't be cancelled! I need to wait for it to be delivered (from HONG KONG!) and then reject the parcel, when they get it back they will issue a refund. Meanwhile they have £279 of my money since the MINUTE i placed the order.
My order status in my account still states 'we are arraging stock for your order'. So someone somewhere is lying to me!
This is going to ruin my boy's birthday, because if they don't give me a refund I don't have enough money to get him another one. I want to say lots of swear words
