We're extremely sorry to hear you were hoping to split the cost of your repairs via SMG Cowfold over monthly instalments.

We have reviewed your agreement and can see that at the point of sale, you opted to pay for your bill in 1 instalment. Due to the invoice amount, you will have had the option to pay over 1, 3 or 6 instalments, but this was not selected.

We understand your frustration, and should the agreement still be pending, we would have been happy to accommodate and explain the process to amend the interest-free monthly instalments. However, in this instance, as the agreement is now settled, we are unable to action any changes.

We're once again sorry that the correct instalment wasn't collected. Should you wish to opt for Bumper in the future, please do not hesitate to call us for support; we'd be more than happy to ensure you're set up on the correct arrangement.
