Fat Face are very efficient, the website is easy to navigate, the response to a query was quickly answered, the clothes are well made, good value for money and delivery is speedy. BUT tooooo many emails!! Why do there have to be daily emails? If you're keen on Fat Face you'll look anyway. Once a month is ample. The only time it's legitimate to send an unsolicited email is if there is some special offer to alert people to. Also, FF are very pushy, if something has been put in the basket but not actually bought that's because it's being thought about. There should be no bombardment of emails pressuring to buy. Other than those complaints FF are a great brand.

Dobies are doing a really good job despite all the difficulties. Thry are constantly communicating with their customers and working very hard to fulfil orders. Will definitely make them the first place to go forball gardening supplies. Their plants are always very healthy, of the highest standard and packed for transport very carefully.

Really efficient, in fact so efficient you hardly engage with them, before the goods have arrived (next day in my case) ! Well wrapped and exactly as described, I am very pleased with the product.

The test of any company is how it behaves when things go wrong and the steps they take to resolve a situation. Fedex came up trumps. There was a misunderstanding as to collection and delivery but it was swiftly resolved, another courier returning just a couple of hours after the first. I also received 2 telephone calls of apology and to check that all had been settled.

So in my view, they rate 5 stars and I will have no hesitation in using them again and recommending them to others.

Carpetvista is, quite simply, an excellent company in every way. We cannot fault them. They are efficient, friendly and helpful and how we wish other companies were like them! They are a real pleasure to deal with.

Woolovers can't be faulted, it provides courteous, efficient service, the goods are always of good quality and the one and only time I did have to send a jersey back, the service I received was impressive.

If all companies had the same attitude as Woolovers, we probably wouldn't be in a recession!
