Order not delivered
Ordered new chain and cassette. Needed this asap and still not arrived after 6 days. Trying to cancel order and get refund so I can order somewhere else next day. Sent them an email but based on other 1 star reviews coming in I doubt they’ll get this sorted. Have bought from them before but looks like they’re on the brink of collapsing.

Hi Nathan, I am sorry for the delay in getting your order dispatched, we had a stock error with one of the items, they are both now in stock and will be sent today Royal Mail Tracked 24 - so should arrive with you tomorrow. I have called and left a message with you to see if you wanted us to cancel the order or send it. I have looked through our messaging platform and I cannot find a message from your name/email address unfortunately.
We are busier than we have ever been and increasing our product ranges weekly due to such high demand.
