This was my first order with bikeparts and I received everything as ordered in good condition. The only reason I haven't rated a five is due to the box used to transport my order was not entirely secure which may have caused postage issues, and delivery times are a bit vague. I imagine some customers may expect immediate dispatch, my order took seven days to arrive, but I expected to wait a little longer from an independent business. My postage was upgraded to next day I assume due the slight delay in dispatch so I would like to thank bikeparts for that.
