⭐ 1/5 — Unauthorized charges. I never agreed to this.

I paid a small fee (a couple of dollars) to download my resume. That was the only transaction I knowingly authorized.

What followed was shocking — nearly $50 was charged to my card in multiple separate payments that I never agreed to, never confirmed, and was never warned about. These were not services I signed up for. I had no idea these charges were coming.

This is not a case of 'misunderstood terms' — I was charged for services I did not purchase and did not approve. That is unauthorized billing, plain and simple.

I am now disputing all charges with my bank and reporting this to consumer protection authorities.
