I love this app! It's so knowledgeable yet so easy to use. I can scan in a barcode in any shop & it instantly gives you a run down of all the food groups in that package, for example saturated fat content or salt, or protein.I can make informed decisions about what I choose to buy. It also shows you pie charts of the food groups. I can also add individual foods in eg salad items. There are recipes to follow, a monthly health magazine. There is a community to talk to of fellow health enthusiasts. You can record your calories daily, & it gives you weekly & monthly totals & pie charts. You can add in your goal weight, your start weight & your weekly weigh ins, also your measurements to track progress. As they say knowledge is power & this app gives you the knowledge to empower your healthy life.
