Amazing customer service.
The sale item I ordered turned out to be out of stock.
I was offered a newer model at the same price which I accepted.
I explained that i was concerned that the delay would mean that i wouldn't recieve the item in time before i was off on holiday.
It was promptly despatched on 48 hour delivery as a result.
Every communication was friendly & helpful. No faceless big company, AI or standard messaging here.
What more could they have done?
